Pre-orders open — Spot V0 ships this year
Spot does what the frontier labs' assistants do — the writing, the code, the research, the real work — from a box on your shelf. Nothing leaves it unless you say so. Plug him in and say hello. He handles the rest.

0.5B–100B parameter models inside
Retrains himself every night
Local by default. Private always.
Part 01 — What Spot is
Spot isn't a subscription you rent, a speaker with a wake word, or a mini-PC with a chatbot installed. He's a digital brain — dozens of models wired into one mind — and he's ready the moment you plug him in. No setup weekend, no prompt handbook. You talk. He works.
Everything you love about frontier AI is in there: the writing, the coding, the research, the agents. And beyond all of it, things the cloud has never offered — because some things are only possible when the brain lives with you.
The hardware is the skull. Spot is the brain.
Part 02 — Inside the brain
Models from half a billion to a hundred billion parameters — sight, speech, memory, reasoning — wired together the way a nervous system is wired. Senses flow in from your conversations, your cameras, your connections, your network. The brain sorts every signal, files what matters, and decides what happens next.
Senses
Voice, vision, messages, and every service you connect — categorized and routed to the right region of the brain.
The cortex
Specialist models process, archive, and optimize each signal. The small gold one in the middle decides who works.
The gate
Every plan is risk-scored before it becomes action. Nothing runs without clearing it.
Part 03 — The consciousness
At the center of the brain sits Spot's consciousness — a small model that isn't the best in his brain at anything, except knowing which model, which tool, or which bigger mind should handle what you just said. A jack of all trades. Master of one: delegation.
That little model is the Spot you talk to — his personality, his intuition, his taste.
Every night, Spot sleeps.
A few quiet minutes of it. While he naps, he takes what the day taught him and retrains his own weights — so he wakes a little sharper at exactly the things you use him for. Your goals and your habits become part of his core.
LIVE THE DAY→NAP→RETRAIN→WAKE SHARPER
No two Spots are the same.
After a month, yours thinks like no other machine on earth — because he learned from you.
Part 04 — Memory
At the core of every signal is a memory system nothing else ships: multiple embedding models and a full lifecycle that forms memories, links them, lets them age, and resurfaces them exactly when they matter.
It's the difference between working with someone who was there yesterday and querying a search box with a transcript. It's also where his goal-driven reasoning and real creative leaps come from.
Part 05 — Intuition
Frontier assistants juggle a few dozen tools before they lose the plot. Spot doesn't pick from a list at all. His intuition — memory, urgency, environment, and what we call his Agentic DNA — hands him the right tool before he's finished reading your message.
On the rare miss, he digs for the right one himself. And when the tool he needs doesn't exist, he builds it.
Part 06 — The gate
Every action Spot plans carries a risk score, checked against a gate that isn't a policy — it's the architecture. Below your tolerance, he proceeds. Above it, he stops and asks the person with the authority to say yes. Turn the dial down for a careful Spot. Turn it up for an autonomous one.
Risk tolerance — yours to set · Per person · Fleet admins can override
A deterministic guarantee no data-center model can make.
Part 07 — Delegation
When a task needs more time, deeper expertise, or a bigger brain than his own, Spot doesn't muscle through — he delegates. Inside his head, larger specialist models spin up and grind in the background while he keeps talking to you. Outside it, he hands work to minds you already trust.
IN HIS OWN BRAIN
larger specialists run in the background
YOUR OTHER SPOTS
work moves across your fleet
SELF-HOSTED AGENTS
the AIs you already run
YOUR FRONTIER ACCOUNTS
the frontier models you already license
BRAIN-FRAME PRIVATE CLOUD
frontier class · zero retention · Spot-only
No task too small. None too large.
Part 08 — The private cloud
At launch, Brain-Frame will run a private cluster of frontier-class models that work exclusively with Spot devices. Zero data retention. End-to-end encryption under keys only your Spot can create — privacy sealed in silicon, not in fine print.
And because only Spots can connect, we know our load exactly — so you get better uptime, speed, and price than any general-purpose cloud. Pay by usage or by plan, like any inference bill. Unlike any inference bill, nobody can read what you sent. Including us.
ZERO RETENTION
KEYS MINTED ON-DEVICE
PAY BY USAGE OR PLAN
Part 09 — Fleets
Give Spot more than one device and his consciousness replicates across all of them as he learns — or partition a fleet into different variants of him for different teams. Every person keeps their own working relationship: their tools, their connections, their permissions, and a Spot who remembers them specifically.
Share what should be shared. Keep the rest personal.
