Talk to us.
Brain-Frame is a small team building serious hardware. The engineers who build Spot read the inbox. For an order, a demo, a fleet, or a question that is not answered on the site, this is the place.
Orders and reservations
Deposits are fully refundable before fulfillment. Email us with the name on the order and we will sort it out the same day. See the refund policy and the reservation terms.
Something wrong with the cloud relay?
Spot runs on your network and keeps working when our cloud does not. The relay, warehouse, and admin services have a public status page.
