Email support@brain-frame.ai with a short repro, the device tier, the client version, and the time you saw the issue. The audit log in Admin makes diagnosing fast.

  • App version (Settings → About).
  • Spot OS version (Admin → Devices).
  • What you said / what happened / what you expected.
